Dr. Fournier’s journey as an author grew from her passion for helping children and adolescents recognize their strengths and develop confidence, resilience, and well-being across mind, body, and spirit. She integrates wellness principles, character development, and social-emotional learning into stories that are relatable, encouraging, and developmentally supportive.

What makes her work unique is the blend of creativity and education: wellness is transformed into accessible language, memorable characters, and interactive learning experiences. Her
